  • Yes! we never share your info without permission.

  • Usually 10–15 business days.

  • To serve all families fairly, please note we do not cover fees for missed appointments without 24‑hour notice. If your child is unable to attend, contact the therapist directly to reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being responsible for the session cost.

Our Eligibility & Funding Policy

To ensure we can help those most in need, please review our eligibility criteria before applying. This will help you understand if our support is the right fit for your family.

Applicant Eligibility

The applicant is a child or teen between the ages of 0-18.
The application is submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
The family agrees to our 5-step intake, monitoring, and follow-up process.

Financial Criteria

Demonstrated financial hardship (verified by W-2, proof of benefits, etc.).
No active insurance coverage for therapy, or a written denial of coverage from your insurer.
Not currently receiving funding for therapy from another organization.

We Cannot Provide Funding If...

The applicant is 19 years of age or older.
Insurance coverage for therapy is available.
Another community fund can fully cover the therapy costs.
The therapy sessions in question have already occurred.
Financial documentation or references are missing or cannot be verified.
The therapist does not have a valid U.S. license.
